Security measures

Home security is an ever-growing market and there must be few houses nowadays that don't have some sort of security system. At the very lowest level you must have smoke alarms, you should certainly think about Carbon Monoxide alarms, security lights, burgular alarms and security cameras.
Cameras would have been considered a bit extreme a few years ago, but increasingly normal domestic premises are using cameras as part of a security system. There is added peace of mind in having a more sophisticated system, but not only that, there are savings to be made on your house insurance if you have a more robust system. Although I have not yet got to the stage of cameras, I have considered doing it for a while particularly since this type of technology is available at a very resonable price nowadays.
